The activity that I am going to attempt with my class is to take pictures of them on the first day of school on, the second day of school I will bring them to the lab and have them right a detail about themselves. I will then play it in the classroom and at conferences for students and parents. I am going to work on my PortaPortal.

I plan to incorporate Bubbl.us into Social Studies Using this application would be beneficial to the students when learning about different points of view on a particular topic of study. The students will be able to easily display the pros and cons on a subject area.

I created a glogster on the 4 types of sentences. I will use this as a model and have the students create their own glog.

I am putting the vocabulary lists for each story of our reading series into Wordle. I will use each list on the Promethean board so the children can find a given word and put it into a sentence.

I am setting up a page using portaportal to organize websites I use. I want to show my students bubbl.us and wordle because I think some will use these tools to help them study. I am thinking through how I can use a wiki.

I will use bubbl us with writing activities in first grade. The web style is a great tool to help students brainstorm about their writing idea. I would also use bubbl us in science class to help first graders organize their thoughts about parts of plants and the jobs of each part of the plant.

I am going to make a list of websites for each sunbject in Porta Portal. These would be created from teacher requests.

I would like to use the PhotoPeach in my Drama I class. After the students finish their makeup projects, I take pictures of them. I could use PhotoPeach to create a display of before and after pictures. The students could also add slides that explain the process. The drama students could also use Glogster for their script presentation. They have many elements that they could incorporate in their poster layout.

I would like to use the wikispace to keep in touch with students about what they are reading independently. I will correspond with them this way instead of a notebook. As I learn my new fifth grade curriculum I will also be adding to my portaportal to incorporate ideas to add to my lesson plans. I am looking forward to the students using Voki and Bubbl.us in Social Studies units.
Kathleen Kunkel
I will be using photostory or photopeach to review and inform students and parents of field trips and special guests. I will have photostory downloaded to my laptop this summer so everything will be ready when fall rolls around. I will continue to work on my portal so students can access it from home.

I created a voki for when I am absent from class that I can add to presentations with my voice to keep students attention.
I created a glogster as a demonstration for my students to make: http://ogphysicalscience.edu.glogster.com/glog-5750/
I created a wikispace for my Algebra II class and added a voki to it for fun: http://ogalgebraii.wikispaces.com/ and I got my videos to upload to my wikispace and actually work.
I could use bubbl.us to create flow charts for sets of numbers.
I would also use wordle to create posters with major terms for each chapter and enter the important ones more than once.

I have created a sample wordle which I will use to have the students create their own wordles introducing themselves to the class and the school. They will use words to describe themselves and their interests. I have begun a Glog, with the idea of having the students create glogs as a project in our study of South Dakota. On Etherpad I plan to use the pad for a game of finding and defining math terms. I have also created a blog to have students answer review questions over the My South Dakota Books.

I created a blog to be used in ATS http://mshields-ats.blogspot.com/
I created a wiki for Ethics and Relationships http://ethicsandrelationships.wikispaces.com/
and Morality and Justice http://moralityandjustice.wikispaces.com/
I imbedded a “wordle” in each of my wikis as an example for my students’ first assignment (create their own wordle to describe themselves).
I also imbedded my own voki (just for fun!). I still plan on setting up a Portoportal as well. Thanks Angela!!

Because of the lack of computers/lab at the Jr. High, I decided to simply use "photostory" as or like a powerpoint for a class review. I saved it to my file to simply use or project the photostory to the class etc...

One widget on my wiki for the EtherPad allows activities to be done when we go to the computer lab as a class. I created a Wordle for open house where my students will have to highlight their name when they visit my classroom (so I can track who was there). I will continue to add to my PortaPortal for reinforcement activities for students/families to do at home or in the computer lab. http://stmichael3g.wikispaces.com/

I created a bubble flow chart for yearbook staff members.

I created a PhotoStory to introduce my Chap 6 lessons. It is entitled "The Road to Revolution." I also plan to use some of the other Web 2.0 Tools in my classes throughout the year such as Wordle and Bubbl.us.

I created a wikispace containing specific class pages for AP Bio, Adv. Bio. and Phys.Sci. I linked a biology notesheet to Adv. Bio. page and a Glogster to the Phys. Sci. page. I created several Wordles and Vokis, one of which is linked to my wikispace. http://scienceogmrskruse.wikispaces.com/Physical+Science
